Built on a high-performance .NET foundation, ShenDesk is a lightweight help desk designed with a "reliability-first" philosophy. It eliminates the fragility of complex SaaS dependencies, offering a self-hosted environment that remains stable and responsive under heavy production loads.
A strongly-typed .NET localization suite featuring automated key alignment, real-time UI updates, and seamless Excel/JSON integration for modern translation workflows.
